STA travel is the best agency, they have round the world packages where you pay pretty much by the number of stops, then they will have recommended accomodation of all levels which you can choose and they will book before you leave. they can also book tours, train or bus tickets, anything you need. Flight centre I dealt with once, STA are far better to deal with, as i have many times. 2 years ago Thank you so much for your help.

- Chosen by Voters I do not recognize the name Highhastword, and as such I can not find the travel info for you. But you can do the search yourself on this site: http://www.transportdirect.info/It searches train, coach, bus and so on.And will give you cost for each travel when you click on that option.Added:You better not take taxis from the airport unless there is no other option, as they are expensive. Most places in England can be reached by train or bus, and if not, you can get as near as you can by train or bus and take a taxi from there. The site I mention above can help you with that.Of course, if you want the most comfortable travel, a taxi or shuttle bus from the airport is the one, changing from train to bus is not as comfy. 2 years ago 100% 2 Votes

- Chosen by Voters it's not easy getting a job but there are jobs here if you are prepared to look hard and take what you can. You may get a job easy with luck. It is safe travelling around in a van but over the years there has been a few horror stories but thousands do it every year with out any dramas. I have caravaned all around Australia for 6 years in the past and many times bush camped. All over Australia there are Rest areas. They are marked on the highways some are far better than others. Many people pull in for a sleep . I believe you can stay up to 48 hours at them some have toilets. There are books you can buy bush camping around Australia. also once you do that and get talking to others doing the same they will tell you of the best ones. Every now and then go to a caravan park to do your washing . You may want to take a shower bag with you they can be bought at camp shops. We used to go to the local swimming pools . have a swim then a good shower. Always lock your car there are people looking for the opportunity to break in when you park up in some places. Always carry water , insect spray a torch and a camp shovel. Heres a couple of web sites to helphttp://www.google.com.au/url?sa=t&source… Source(s): http://www.google.com.au/url?sa=t&source… 10 months ago 50% 3 Votes 1 person rated this as good

Depending on what you wish to do in Australia, any of our major cities would cater well for someone your age.I'm from rural Australia and most city dwellers believe their city to be the best.As I like Sydney,Perth,Melbourne and Brisbane out of the capital cities, there are some other major places such as Cairns Tropical Queensland, the Gold Coast south of Brisbane (major holiday destination) to the smaller country towns with lots of wild life, wide open spaces etc.Depending if you have a trade or not might be an influence where you stay as generally its harder to get a job in the rural areas except during fruit picking seasons etc.We look forward to welcoming you to Australia and I am sure you will be made to feel at home once you get used to our everyday slang and easy going manner. 4 years ago 2 people rated this as good Looking forward to joining you guys..
